Processing Time

Processing time typically ranges from 1 to 7 business days, depending on available stock and production queue. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within Malaysia and Singapore.

Shipping Fees

• West Malaysia: Free shipping
• Singapore: Free shipping
• East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): RM50 flat rate

Self-Pickup, Urgent Orders & Custom Shipping

If you prefer to pick up your order, require urgent delivery, or need custom shipping arrangements, feel free to contact us through Instagram (@ruma.belle) for faster communication. We're happy to help where possible.

Exchanges & Returns

We offer free shipping for the replacement item in approved exchanges.
However, return shipping costs for both returns and exchanges are to be borne by the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number so you can monitor its delivery status.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier disruptions, weather, or customs clearance. However, we are happy to assist if any shipping issues arise.
