Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
We accept returns for damaged or faulty items only. Items that have been used or have minor defects may still be eligible, provided they are in reasonable condition.
All products, including sale items and bundles, are eligible for return.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@rumabelle.com within the return period. Include clear photos of the issue to help us assess your request.
Return Method
Please contact us first before returning any items so we can advise you on the appropriate return method.
- For customers located within Kuala Lumpur and selected areas of Selangor, we may arrange a pickup.
- For other locations, customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us.
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
Refund and Exchange
We offer store credit or a product exchange for approved returns. Replacement items will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
